Welcome to Tattoo Reserve. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Tattoo Reserve, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “Artist” means a tattoo professional using Tattoo Reserve to manage bookings and clients.
• “Client” means an individual booking a tattoo session with an Artist through Tattoo Reserve.
• “Services” means the Tattoo Reserve platform, including booking, payments, and portfolio tools.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Artists must provide accurate business and payment information when subscribing.

3. Artist Subscriptions

• Artists pay a subscription fee to access booking and portfolio tools.
• Subscription billing is handled securely via Stripe.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Client Payments

• Clients pay deposits and session payments directly to Artists via Square.
• Tattoo Reserve facilitates the transaction but does not act as the Artist’s employer, agent, or guarantor.
• Refunds or disputes must be resolved directly between Artist and Client.

5. Content and Portfolios

• Artists may upload images of their work to their portfolio.
• Clients may upload reference images when making booking requests.
• You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Tattoo Reserve reserves the right to moderate or remove content at its discretion.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Tattoo Reserve for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform’s security.
• Post or share offensive, abusive, or infringing content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tattoo Reserve provides tools for scheduling and payments but is not responsible for:

• The quality of tattoo services provided by Artists.
• The conduct of Artists or Clients.
• Payment disputes between Artists and Clients.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tattoo Reserve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of North Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
